4 Antique Thumb Latches Latch Forged 7” handles door pull barn Farm House, Garden Gate
Looks like that were hand forged to me. They are so imperfect.
Zoom in on the pictures, not sure how the mortise latch works in the old farm house doors but the pieces came from the same demolition project.
Very cool handle that could be used in many of your house or garden projects, thumb latch can be removed from handle to lay flat. Handles unmarked except for the slight engraving on handle. I imagine how many thumbs have touched these handle over their 100 plus years of use.
